At the Garage Personal Training we specialize in making fitness fun, so for 2016 we've redesigned our summer program to maximize the fun while improving your child's stability, agility, and coordination. During our active games they'll experience teamwork and individual achievement. We'll also show them the importance of good nutrition, how to prevent injuries, and start healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
